Returns Policy
Items purchased can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require a replacement, then please contact us.
